RC0: some unlocalized strings in the installer when using ru_RU.UTF-8

time zone dialog -> items like region, country and time zone not localized locale dialog -> some words ("language", "locale") remain in English
I believe this is a duplicate of others that Takeshi has already resolved, but reassigning for verification.
Regarding the "language" and "locale" on the locale panel, duplicate of bugs 1216 and 1217 which has been solved in RC1. Having this issue out of focus of this bug report from now. Regarding the region/location/timezone list items on the timezone panel, they are not yet translated for Russian and Brazilian Portuguese and needs to address for the future. Translations for the items are from ON message file SUNW_OST_ZONEINFO.po but translations for the file is not yet available for the two languages.
Is this still an issue with the latest installer?
I tested this with 2008.11 RC2 and the problem still seems to exist with Brazilian Portuguese and Russian. Region/location/timezone items are not localized. I am moving this back to accepted.
Move to i18n component for their attention.
