When gnome-panel is put vertically in Chinese locale, some characters are in wrong place.

Users can drag and drop gnome-panel to place it vertically at the left or right side of a screen. However, doing so in Chinese locale may cause some characters are placed to a wrong position. Please take a look at the attached screen shots. screenshot-1: It is a normal display that characters are put horizontally. screenshot-2: Input method icon is not turned to vertically placed; AM/PM mark is vertically placed, but its orientation is different with others(Others are kept normal but AM/PM mark is rotated 90 degree); The week day is OK. screenshot-3: Input method icon is not turned to vertically placed; The "(" and ")" surrounding the week day is placed in a wrong position; Time and AM/PM mark is placed to the front of date and AM/PM mark's orientation is still wrong.

Could you file a GNOME bugzilla bug in gnome-panel/clock?

I'd want to track this in desktop.
