README in slim_source gate is out of date and needs to be updated with new
proceedures.  

The developer.sh file has a bunch of cruft leftover from the teamware
environment in it.

I included the new instructions for building the gate from Ginnie Wray's email. 

I removed the entries in the developer.sh file that pertained to teamware or
specifically to the Nevada environment.

The changeset for this fix is 155 and was putback to the slim_source gate on
22-May-2008.  The bugid used in the changeset is not correct.. it lists the dup
bug Defect 1999 but the correct Summary is used from this bug.
