Install BTS release, 

/usr/share/package-manager/data/opensolaris.org 
and 
/usr/share/package-manager/data/opensolaris.org.sections

are missing. These files are also missing on the LiveCD.

If this is not the correct category, please help re-categorize.

The SUNWipkg-gui-data package was not originally on the list of packages to
back-publish. The fix requires the package to be updated in the repository used
for the ISO buiuld.

Not sure if I understand Alan's comment - the SVR4 SUNWipkg-gui-data package is
actually part of the IPS SUNWipkg-gui package.  Back-publishing the latter
should be sufficient.
