Missing What's new

I really like the new "Start here" application, however when I click on "What's
new in 2008.11", the page is missing. I assume this page will be created soon,
however I am filing this bug just so that we don't forget about creating the
page. See attached screenshot.

Glynn's posted the What's New page (and a fine what's new it is) so I'm closing
