When selecting the language in installer on live cd with primary languages, it only offers one Territory

When selecting the locale of English it only offers the Territory "United States"
Which CD were you using, primary languages or global? This is the expected behavior on the primary languages CD, due to space limitations.
I'd say this is very confusing. The primary languages are listed as English with no reference to it being American only. It's logical to assume that English encompasses all territories where English is spoken not merely one.
This isn't a bug, as the change was an intentional part of reducing the image size, but we'll release note it.
Changing summary to be more generic, as this affects all languages on live CD with primary languages.
For the 2009.06 release, we will no longer ship the primary language CD. Only the all language CD will be released. So, this should no longer be an issue. I confirmed with the installer in the Live CD for build 111, and see there for the English language, a few Territory are available to be selected.
