Table 1-2 of the 2008.11 Automated Installer Guide documents file locations for
internal implementation details of the installadm utility.  These are not
appropriate for documentation, as they are unimportant to users and can lead to
users inadvertently creating dependencies on implementation details of the
utility.  The following must be removed from this table:

usr/lib/installadm/create-client
usr/lib/installadm/delete-client
usr/lib/installadm/installadm-common
usr/lib/installadm/setup-dhcp
usr/lib/installadm/setup-image
usr/lib/installadm/setup-service
usr/lib/installadm/setup-tftp-links

The path for installadm also needs to be corrected to /usr/sbin/installadm.
