Submitted spec files do not appear anywhere on 'Build' page (in either 'Current
Build' or 'Recent Build Jobs' tables).  Using Mozilla Firefox 3.0.3 on snv_101
X86.

Reproduce:
1. Go to SourceJuicer test home page (http://red226.ireland/pkgentry/main/)
2. Submit a 'spec' file using 'Review' then 'Upload a Package' and click
'Submit'

Actual result:
- Message indicates upload success, file appears in 'Packages Awaiting Review'
table and file is available for download
- Package does not appears in 'Current Build' or 'Recent Build Jobs', i.e.
anywhere on 'Build' page

Expected result:
- Message indicates upload success, file appears in 'Packages Awaiting Review'
table and file is available for download
- Package status appears in 'Current Build' or 'Recent Build Jobs' table
