Description Clay Baenziger 2009-02-05 17:32:26 UTC
As per requests from a few on IRC (gman, gheet, clayb), clarifying what is to
be done for setting up an AI server and cleaning up the general document to
help comprehension would be useful.

This consists of setting out a general flow for setting up an install server
with callouts to any architecture specific differences.

Similarly, there are some typeface differences between tasks which should be
standardized along with a few ambiguous grammatical constructs that should be
clarified.

I think Sundar asked to own this in a different way. If not, please feel free
to close this Sundar.
Comment 4 Barbara Lundquist 2009-03-21 14:19:10 UTC
The AI document is being restructured to provide more efficient and streamlined
instructions about how to setup your install server. The setup instructions are
being rewritten and divided into "initial setup" for all users, then "simple
setup" and advanced setup. Troubleshooting tasks has been pulled out of the
main instructions and places in a separate troubleshooting section.

Since this material has had a major rewrite, the comment about "grammatical
constructs" needing fixing is outdated.

The AI document is currently out for further review.

A beta draft of the revised AI document was delivered to the engineering build
and to opensolaris.org.
