With the integration of pipeline'd http GET support, the client no longer needs
to use the filelist operation.  All existing depots support pipelined file/0
requests.  There is no concern about backwards compatibility with out-of-date
depots.  The dead code should be removed from the client, and deprecated in the
server.

This bug is being fixed as part of the transport re-design.  A preliminary
